Return & Exchange Policy:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will help fix it
- Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange but can return with proper reason.
- The amount will be returned to the original payment method. In case of COD a credit note will be raised and will be settled in 1-3 business days.
- Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Matri’s quality check.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
- Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
- Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Matri team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
